Com2u$ keeps claiming they'll work hard to improve the game, but time and time again, their so-called 'responses' are nothing more than recycled templates. No matter what concerns you raise — balance, bugs, unfair rates — they just copy-paste the same generic replies. It feels like they're more focused on silencing feedback than actually addressing it.What an absolute garbage game. 2 useless dupes from 2000 scrolls? Seriously? And over 100 premium scrolls — Legendary, All Attribute, Blessing scrolls — all resulted in trash-tier Nat4s. Not even one Nat5.Since the Tekken collab started, I’ve been summoning non-stop — still not a single Tekken Nat5. Just disappointment after disappointment.COM2U$ has turned this game into a complete pay-to-win scam. The RNG is broken, the rates are pathetic, and the system punishes dedicated players.Unless you're a whale who can afford to summon 20,000 scrolls just to collect every character — don’t even bother. Because if you're like the rest of us, grinding daily, saving up 2000 scrolls with effort and patience, you’ll still walk away with absolutely nothing. All that time, gone. For nothing.If you're thinking of starting this game — don’t. If you’re still playing — ask yourself why. It’s a trap. Uninstalling is the best reward you can give yourself.

Redownload the content even when offload unused apps is off
More independent artists pls
The game is great if you love RnG but the only issue I have is that the game keeps requiring me to redownload data when I just played for an hour or longer or when I relaunch the game the next morning. Pls fix this issue as I would like to be able to control whether the game requires to offload the data or not

Recently I updated new apps, I’m facing an error. I am using iPad mini3, when I open this apps and play guild war, siege war, dungeon or multiple places I played, the apps will sudden pop out from my screen and restarted the game. Make me losing guild war, siege war swords. Can you help assist check what is happen to your apps? I play others game will not have this happened.
