Spaylater froze without cause? They froze my account while i never getting late payment then tried to reactivate again with new account(bcause i deleted my old account cause they didnt review my case and do nothing while keep saying to shop more in shopee), still cant solve? Again?? Then try to lie to keep shopping in shopee to unlock it?? My old account reach gold tier within few months in this year 2025 but did they do something? Nope! Why 5 rating? Would be on top review otherwise they will ignore it!

Why? Because theres A LOT TO IMPROVE!1. Its just taking up space for no good reason when I made payment mostly by cards, online banking. Whats the use of it? To make it a main payment system and make it harder and zero option for your customers? Nonsense.2. Theres no button for S-Financing payment which is ridiculous. If you want us to use your app wisely, then make it easy to access for all the bills. If you want it to be priority, make it ONLY a priority for Spaylater and Sfinancing payment. Its ridiculous to have this app when we can just do it on the main Shopee app.3. Lack of bank services and partnership. You really have to make a critical study on your rival app, TiktokShop. The payment system is very integrated, the customers can pay via DuitNow QR even. Can pay via TNG, EWallets and many more.4. Strict BNPL Payment system. Tiktok managed to give leisure to make early repayment with THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE ARE COMFORTABLE WITH. While shopee? Still stick with FULL SUM of money when we want to make full repayment. Why? Because theyd rather see us broke and make late payment than help us when we dont have stash or money to pay. They wanna get us stuck in the loan and BNPL for long. Change this.5. If Shopee chose to be hard headed and stick to all this lame excuses, im sure Tiktok will overtake the online shopping platform in an instant. Just look at how TiktokShop managed to be THIS BIG after just about what? 2years? While Shopee get this big for atleast 5years. You arent always on top Shopee.Change your attitude and listen to us consumers.
Partial Payment for Spaylater

I have been using Spaylater for quite a while now and it’s been helping me a lot and I never forget to pay it on time every month. But one thing I would love to recommend, it would be perfect if there’s an option to pay the Paylater / BNPL partially (currently, there’s only one option whether pay in full or not pay at all). As there’s actually a lot of people might have the money to partially pay for it (no need to wait until 1 full month), this function could be helpful for both parties, Shopee get their money back and user could restore their credit limit again. Really hope developer could consider this feature for the upcoming updates. Thank you ^^
