App is crashing every time I open it

Dear developer team, I’m using iPhone 11 and every time I open this app it’ll suddenly gone and back to iPhone Home Screen. Moreover, I also realised that we can’t use the photo that already in the album and convert it which is a little bit inconvenient, hope you guys can solve it. Looking forward for the improvement on this app. Cheers.
