My wife can connect with her phone instantly without any disconnecting, while I can’t connect with it for some reason. I used to play with 3 friends before only with minor disconnection. This is so weird. I’m playing with version 2017, the game has been in my ps4 for years. Please fixed it!

I started playing Just Dance games since 2013 or 2014 and has to use the PS4 camera which while dancing, my score tracking can get lost but when I got Just Dance 2015, we used phones as controllers to dance while unfortunately, when playing together, our phones cracked and had to move back to the PS4 camera which can be poor in tracking my moves or my sister’s. I got the app when I played Just Dance 2021 and it felt better and I can score higher. I think this app is cool except when you have to carry a phone on your right hand throughout some songs and making the right hand tired or when my sister downloaded the app but can’t connect to the PS4.

It worked really good and all my friends got to play together. But some of us kept disconnecting frequently. We can reconnect but we would like it if that was fixed. Anyways, this is awesome.

The app keeps disconnecting, I’m using the same wifi as my PS4, the moment it connects to the app, it just auto closes and disconnects, please fix this issue as Ubisoft advertised this as an alternative method to play the game, instead of having to get a PS4 Camera or move stick.
