HOMING IN™ is the new way to locate suitable homes for sale or rent in the UK. It's quick, simple and gets straight to the point. We’ve taken a long look at how property portals have evolved and, to be honest, in the 20 years or so they've been around, for the user nothing much has changed.
So, we came up with a much simplified and quicker route to what piques your interest, and with One Click you’ll see the location, price, size and setting of available homes within your search area.
In Your Neighbourhood -
By default, the HOMING IN™ app opens with your current location marked on the map. Clicking Homes4Sale or Homes4Rent quickly identifies available properties by displaying virtual for sale or to let boards™ within a half mile radius of where you are.
On the move –
In researching homeseeker preferences, we discovered there's considerable interest in being able to see what homes are available while travelling around.
As you pass through areas of interest, courtesy of our virtual for sale and to let boards™, you can now see what is for sale or to let, while on the move, even when there are no physical boards on display.
Elsewhere -
If you’re curious about other areas or have a favourite place where you’d like to live, the HOMING IN™ app lets you see what's available in your location of choice. So, if you want to see homes in a particularly pretty village or within walking distance of a specific school, one click will get you there.
Spotted a for sale board while out and about? Want to know more about it? Open the app! While the physical board tells you the property is available, that's all it tells you! With the app you can see at a glance the price, the size and it's setting. And one click connects you with the agent.
No For Sale Board?
These days fewer and fewer properties are having for sale or to let boards on them. Be that homeowner preference, local authority limitations or site restrictions. But the HOMING IN™ virtual for sale and to let boards™ are visible 24/7, light or dark and in any weather, on every home listed, and show you what you need to know about every property with just one click.

Direct to the Agent -
Unlike property portals, the HOMING IN™ app connects you with one click to the property details on the estate agents' own websites, where you can communicate directly with the people most informed about the properties in which you are interested.
Our initial focus has been on the Greater London area but we are adding properties from all over the UK all the time so, a Saved Search will notify you of new listings in your chosen locations. If your favorite estate agent isn’t contributing to the HOMING IN™ app, let them know we’re here.
