I don’t know why but i can’t view my receipt or my e-tickets after my booking.. i want to check the amount that i have pay but I can’t do it because it keep loading…..

I used the GoNet app to book a court, and for the second time, the lights were not turned on. I left a polite and constructive review suggesting they improve the system between GoNet and Kompleks Sukan to avoid this issue.Instead of addressing the concern, I received a phone call from GoNet, who spoke to me aggressively for 17 minutes. He told me to delete the app, never use their services again, and even mocked me for having received a refund, saying: “I shouldn’t have helped you get your money back.” He also accused me of bullying others and said they don’t care if they lose me as a customer. This was an extremely shocking and humiliating experience. Customers should be allowed to give feedback without being intimidated or harassed.

The app was so bad that it can't even scan the qr from inside of the app. I've tried to fix the setting but there seems like the setting is incomplete too. I can't even find the option to grant canera access from my phone's setting.

Some of the things to improve- resolution. Some of the title doesnt display well. The back button is hard to click. - some screen does not hv back button or seemed to load forever. I hv to close and reopen the app- payment for a particular invoice. Unable to change the amount. The keyboard doesnt pop up. I had to cut and paste.
