Useless New CIMB Apps

Payment can't go through. When contact CIMB, they just told customer to re-do the payment because they have system problems. Why release new apps and force customer to mograte to new apps when the bank itself is not ready? Useless people working at CIMB. Really shameful. This apps is even worse than the previous BizChannel apps that is already very bad. Shame on you people working at CIMB. Your bank shoild go bankrupt and all of you should be sacked for doing this useless apps. Next time if you are not smart, just improve existing apps and not make a new one. Make the customer experience very bad.

Useless New CIMB Apps

I used to be a loyal CIMB customer, but after the business banking app transition, the experience became quite frustrating. The new app feels inconvenient, not user-friendly, and honestly quite annoying to use. Because of this, I decided to switch banks and now mainly use Maybank. Their app allows me to manage multiple business accounts and my personal account all in one place, which is far more convenient and efficient.Goodbye CIMB - please focus on building applications that make customers’ lives easier, not more complicated and annoying.
