I started using capcut around 2022. It was like a dream using this app, it was simple and had many templates, and I fell in love with it in a very short time. I was planning to make videos and publish them online but I never did. Being the top no.1 free editing app back in the day, there was of course, advertisments. MANY. They were plastered everywhere, on the front page of templates, when you're editing ,and even re-entering the app will pop a few ads or two. I didn't mind it. It was a free editing platform after all. I used it to edit humerous videos and show it to my friends. I had a keen eye on the pro features but never bothered to pay 30 rm to use it. Soon enough, I had to focus on my education, and had to take a break. Obviously, missing the fun of editing videos, I came back and I was astounded. All the basic editing tools were blocked by a paywall. I couldn't create the ideas in my brain anymore, besides if I do, it will just look bad, I might as well download another app to edit videos. I was devastated, I didn't want to pay to just edit, so I just had to quit completely. Truly dissapointing, this is not how you promote 'pro-feature'.I regret not using capcut more back in the day, this is terrible. Now I'm filled with regret and sorrow.

I don’t know why but the only bad thing about this app would be a weird lag or i don’t know what it is, So basically I loved using templates to make some videos on the app, and then for some reason all the 4 buttons disappeared after a few days, and I don’t understand why because I was pretty sure there was a home page, a template page and 2 others. I don’t know what happened but the 4 buttons disappeared and now there was only the possibility to click on « + Project ». Then today I deleted it and downloaded it again, and those 4 buttons appeared again. After a few hours I left the app and joined back and they disappeared. I downloaded it again just now and I don’t know if this will happen again, but please fix this I have no idea what went wrong, it just disappears for unknown reasons.this happened to me, so please tell me how to fix it and tell me if it is normal or not.
