The front ad before the movie just stopped like that,I have to go back few times play and happened again,until I fast forward then only can watch the movie,I have uninstalled and re install multiple times but still same..this is happening only in smart tv

I have subscribed to Tamil content but what i have got was Telugu content. I reached their support chat asking to change the subscription to Tamil. They refused. Similar charge was applied but they mentioned that they couldn’t change. So i told them that i will cancel the subscription and resubscribe to Tamil. The agent said that no refund entitled for any cancellation and requested me to Upgrade. Why do I even have to upgrade when i just wanted a single language content. No smart solution was provided! I’m asking just to change my subscription language but they don’t want to do that! I need a Refund or Change my subscription content!

Bad video quality while Casting through chrome cast

The video quality is very bad when connected to google chrome cast...checked the internet connection it’s good...but the problem is with Aha app...did not faced this with other apps for chrome casting...

Worst app ever, I can’t even login using my email. I only can login using my phone num, and the quality of the video is not adapting to the size of the screen…I streamed a movie in a tab and it does not resize the video size and keep playing the video in smaller size which is the size of the video played in a phone…
