It takes a while to load in like minimum 10 min but the rest it’s great good game but you have to work on the loading time :/

Extreme abuse and bullying within!

I started playing out of curiosity and my whole family and I dedicated ourselves for the past 4 years ... any day any season ... it really brought us together as a family and also met some really nice people in the process. However, it didn’t last long as we live in a country that is just an island and people get very competitive. Unfortunately we experienced some hate speech and bullying, at first because we are slowing down other players but then it turned out all about their attitude and lack of respect. Once we had geared a bit of strength we started to be more independent and self sufficient without having the need to rely on others. Season after season we found a new energy and motivation and started to choose who to meet especially in the presence of our children. 4 years down the line and now we got all blocked for no apparent reason. I never complained about anyone or anything of the game (maybe losing on some cards during a glitch) but we suspect we either got reported to booking one of the closest gyms (because we can’t manage more having children) and unlike others who waste their entire life on such a silly game then I guess we are still a threat for them. Alas, my kids at first were quite sad and angry but after learning from their school friends that they weren’t the only ones, they’ve asked us to stop and look for other games. This was the first time to watch my kids reflect and walk away from such abusive and bullying behaviour online. Thank you Niantec, your abusive behaviour against our accounts turned to be a leaning curve to my kids and surely will look not out for any of your games and simply move on. We won’t support your behaviours especially your “customer care” sounds so robotic and only one way communication. There are other ways to share our frustration and this is one of them!!

The Niantic greed and carelessness have completely ruined what was once a great game. Nearly every event have issues, which they never seem to fix or learn from. Instead they give us false promises without delivering and yet another useless pikachu with a hat. Honestly, I recommend you don’t download and never start playing because the game is likely to completely die due to the neglect in a short time.
