• Play now fully supports landscape orientation on iPhone, allowing you to browse your video list without switching back to portrait mode. • Added the ability to randomize a list, making it easier to get a fresh perspective when choosing the next video to watch.

VIDEO PLAYER: • Rotating iPhone to landscape now automatically enters fullscreen when a video is playing (configure in Settings → Video Player). • Fix VoiceOver Magic Tap not resuming video playback. VIDEO METADATA: • Scheduled videos that didn’t have a duration available when they were added will now automatically update their metadata. • Added the ability to manually refresh video metadata. • Option to hide the AI Assistant menu in Settings → Video Details. CHANNELS INBOX: • Improved VoiceOver accessibility in Channels Inbox. • Fixed an issue where shorts were not properly hidden for some channels in Channels Inbox. AI Assistant is available to Play Premium subscribers on devices that support Apple Intelligence. IMPROVED • Ability to sort the New by Creator section by name or video count. • Tag folders now display the total video count as a badge in the sidebar. • Play now remembers the last selected color when creating Smart Searches, making it easier to create multiple items with the same color. APP SHORTCUTS • New Shortcuts action to retrieve the currently playing item (Get Currently Playing Video). BUG FIXES • Fixed an issue where deleting a video from the detail view while searching would leave a blank item in the search results.

• Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent the player from saving the current playback position and marking as watched on iPad. • When importing a YouTube playlist, videos that already exist in your database will no longer be skipped. Instead, they will be automatically tagged with the tag you selected for the import. • You can now choose from 26 new icons to customize your tags, Smart Search, and folders, with new categories such as food and electronic equipment. • Added a top-left navigation bar button to manage tags when adding items from the Share Sheet.
