A team of heroes going underground to fight for world peace is a familiar story, but in Wittle Defender, it’s full of surprises. Here’s what’s hiding in the dungeons of the game, brought to you by Habby, makers of smash hits Archero, Survivor.io and Capybara GO.

In the face of waves of minions inching closer by the second, you only have one job: stand your ground. Deploy up to five heroes as fast as you can to level up quickly, and with each upgrade, you’ll get to add a randomised skill to your repertoire.

The longer you hang on, the more impressive your skills will be. The lightning-type High Priest, for instance, starts with a single thunderball. But with the right level-ups, they’ll be able to blast opponents with walls of lightning.

With a name like Wittle Defender, adorable heroes are expected – and delivered! But behind the smiling faces and tiny claws of Icewolf Pup and Cat Assassin are deceptively deadly attributes and skills.

Legendary-class and higher heroes also have a Chain Skill that activates in the presence of a related fighter. When Fire Witch links up with Fire Mage, for example, they can generate a Fireball Splash that deals additional damage.
