Today i was blocked for no reason. They didn’t tell me what did i do, i did nothing wrong and this happend after they already took money from my credit card for platinum tinder… is 30$ by the way. I dont understand how it works and why they did that without any way to contest it.

I bought platinum subscription. After 2 days of using i was banned. I was having everything ok, i read the terms and conditions, the rules everything. I certanly did not break any rules. Tinder blocked my accont and on my appeal or my complain they where giveing me a scribt message telling me that is blocked and it will be forever, no refunding no nothing. I cannot even log in with facebook or something. Is like my identity cannot exist on Tinder. This is to crazy, more on that i did not do anything wrong since i am very polite person and i used the app properly. I asked them for a proof or something and they did nor give any.The corporation is working very badI will sue the company Tomorrow for the fact that i got banned with no reason and more on that when i asked for a reason i was denied. In the end i am a client who bought a service, read the terms and conditions and used it properly. I got banned anyway.To me is so strange a creepy

I’m so furious that they blocked my page without telling me a reason! Okey, why don’t you warn a person that makes something “illegal” before block their page? The problem is that the block is permanent and I will never be able to use Tinder! I had no idea that I’d made smth wrong and just saw that my page had been already blocked. I get used to tender, especially in my case, because I have depression and it’s hard for me to make friends in real life! You really took my last chance to get acquainted with people and talk with them! Unfortunately in other apps there’s nothing of normal contingent of people… So, I’m frustrated, cos it isn’t faith…
