This is required for the new reliability fix ✭✭ Therefore, please ensure you reset your normal alarm time. ✭ Emergency fix for error, whereby since the Clocks changed (for Summer time) the alarm activated an hour late/early. The code has been updated so this will not happen when the clocks change again later in the year. A: At night the alarm screen is fully blackened to minimise brightness. If you are particularly sensitive to this dull glow, we recommend you try the following: - In your darkened bedroom press the sleep/wake button so the iPhone screen goes off then back on. Provided auto brightness is set (in the Settings menu), this action will dim the screen - Go to Settings > Brightness - Place the iPhone on its back facing upwards (so the screen is not facing your directly) Q: Occasionally the screen goes off at night. Why is this? A: If you receive a system alert (e.g. text message or calendar alert) during the night, the screen will deactivate. The Alarm sounds will still activate so you don't sleep in. If this proves to be an issue, please set the iPhone to 'Airplane Mode' at night and ensure no push notifications/calendar reminders are active.
