I recently tried to download a video and then after I cropped it using gallery the video type became unsupported and I couldn’t use it, I tried screen recording over it but it made my phone restart. After I tried again on capcut my recording didn’t save and all my videos were unwatchable only being a black screen on each of them. Please fix this

As of recently I have noticed the absurd amount of pro features on this app, which is a shame, considering the app started out as completely free. Being someone who has used this app ever since 2022, (if not prior) it is a shame to see what the app has become. Half of the features, including basic editing tools are now for pro users only. I enjoy editing and I have been editing videos on CapCut for at least 3 years now, so it is unfortunate to see what the app is becoming. Making unique edits with limited resources is extremely hard and I truly hope that in the near future the developers will add more content for their free users. Best regards.

Capcut used to be my go to editing app because it was simple, free, and had so many amazing features that made my videos look professional. But lately, I’ve been really disappointed with the direction it’s taken. Almost every good feature is now locked behind the Pro version effects, fonts, transitions, and even some basic tools that used to be free. It feels like the app is becoming less about creativity and more about forcing people to pay for what was once accessible. I understand that apps need to make money, but changing so much of the free experience makes it frustrating for people who just want to create without a budget.

The app it self is amazing for editing and stuff like that. But I hate the new capcut update. Before you could just update to pro version to access all other cool features but now they made it two different pro types: standard and pro. I currently have the standard one since it’s more affordable but still for me it’s complete nonsense. Why would anyone buy a pro version for 24€ a month when they can by a standard one for 10€? In my opinion it’s stupid plus some effects like smooth slow motion were free before capcut decided to change it. I say bring back the original pro version.
