Christmas event is on! Hunt Chalices for a chance to get an entry to the event map (once per character). It’ll be available until the end of December. Durability is no longer reduced while in a competitive mode. Doubled the time it takes for gear to break. Added the Buffs HUD and the Minions HUD to the HUD Editor. Increased the size of the Discord button in the Title Scene. Treasure Goblins will now randomly show up in any zone of level 90+. Increased Blood Flask size from 100 Blood Drops to 300. Added a Reset button to the Blood Altar: to reset the blood upgrades of an item, you must sacrifice a +9 item from your inventory. Larika’s base Mana Cost reduced from 50 to 25. Fixed a gold duping bug. Fixed a bug where the Mana Cost of summoned minions would not appear in the description. Fixed a bug with the localization of the -Max Poison resistance on Chalices. Added Necromancer! New class with their own portraits, skin and 26 new skills. Added Necromancer Shields: they also have %Magic Skill Damage as a base stat. Many of the Necromancer skills can now spawn in "Chance to Cast on Kill/Attack" affixes. Buffed Shockwave's AoE. Buffed Bash's Damage Scaling from 5% to 10% per level. Added recipes to craft rare Bows (Only bows that you got after the update can be upgraded to rare). Reworked Unique fusing: You can now only fuse Weapons with Weapons, Armor with Armor and Jewelry with Jewelry. Fixed a bug where items would spawn with "Chance to cast spell" instead of a specific skill. Fixed bugs with Full Rejuvenation Potion interacting weird with the Take All and Sort functions.

Remove "Watch ad to revive" button when dying. It doesn't fit the idea of what Astiar is/wants to be. It will somewhat hit financially the revenue of the game, but I do think that what players think of what Astiar is, is more important than whatever was the revenue of that feature. I want to stay true to the "No forced ads" thing, and even though I think we can all agree that this was in no way forcing you to watch an ad, it does kind of make you think that worse players are getting benefits from watching ads that the good players are missing on because they're good enough to not die. So, good riddance! I do think that this also opens for discussion regarding the Adzard buffs. It is true that watching an ad still gives you some in-game benefits, and this could also be taken as "forcing" them to watch an ad, but in this case if you want a fully ad-free experience then you should adhere to the old-school mindset and buy the game (which would be the premium pack). This was not happening with the revive thing, where premium players just weren't getting that option. Fixed a bug where Shield Block could be learned without learning Stun/Concentrate Fixed a bug where opening the market would open the keyboard on some devices Fixed save scumming in Gamble shop Fixed a bug where picking up currency would duplicate it in certain situations Fixed a bug with the dodge animation where it would lock you to the last animation played. Added a menu to configure popup size in the Settings menu. Improved battery life: the autosave timer went from 120 to 500 seconds. Greatly improved performance for enemies and the player – this mostly saves battery life rather than increases FPS. The game will now save after using Asroth's Blessing, Divine Caprice and Work of Mulciber, making it impossible to save-scum. The game will now save after listing an item in the Market, making duplication impossible. You can no longer bless/divine/mulciber equipped items. Zeal will now deal 30% damage when using a bow. The Market filter now remembers the player's choices. Common items can no longer be upgraded at the Blood Altar. Chalices can no longer be used in Normal/Nightmare. Short Bows now have +10% IAS, Long Bows have −10% IAS and Great Bows have −15% IAS.

Elite Cold Enchanted enemies will now launch a Nova on death, that deals 200% damage and chills the player. Elite Lightning Enchanted enemies will now launch a Lightning Strike each time the player deals damage to them. Does 50% damage, and can only proc once per second. Elite Fire Enchanted enemies will now apply a new DoT effect to the player: Burn. Added a new Enemy Affix: Witch Doctor. Elite Witch Doctors will heal up to 5 allies for 5% of the Witch Doctor's Max HP every 1.5 seconds. Champion Witch Doctors will heal for 1/8 of that. Added a new Enemy Affix: Persistent. Persistent enemies will have 200% more Max HP. Added a new Enemy Affix: Predator. Predator enemies' stats will increase the lower their HP, up to a maximum of 50% when they're at 30% HP. Added a new Enemy Affix: Sanguinea. Sanguinea enemies will apply the Sanguinea stack to the Player, which is a debuff that lasts for 5 seconds and stacks infinitely. Each Sanguinea stack will reduce the player's Max HP by 0.5%. Added a button on the Loot Filter to reset the current Profile. Added sound effects for Lightning Nova, Katon and Ryoton. Added a button to the Wiki in the Title Scene. Added a new Warrior skill: Grievous Wounds. When your HP goes lower than 30%, you gain an Enhanced Damage bonus. Added a new Warrior skill: Havok. You get 1% All Resistances & 1% Enhanced Damage (which scales per skill level) per enemy killed. Stacks up to 25. Lasts 5 seconds. This is not the end of the Warrior's rework. I'll keep adding skills and moving things around in the tree a bit, but it's what I managed to do for this patch. Reworked Work of Mulciber: now it can put up to 4 sockets on any item (that can be socketed), and up to 6 on Two Handed Weapons. Rebalanced all Bosses: Hell Bosses will now be MUCH harder than before. This is the current, and desired, difficulty curve of the game: a) Normal is hard b) Nightmare is easy c) Hell is hardest Reworked Assassinate: Max Levels from 1 to 20. Now, the second hit does AoE damage. 10% base damage and 4% more per level. Fixed a bug where Diamonds and Amethysts weren't being considered on the Currency tab. Fixed a bug where poison damage wasn't proccing on the Player. Mega whoops. Fixed a bug where corrupting a Normal item would sometimes give you a Normal item instead of Rare. Fixed a bug where Iron Stance was showing up twice in the Emanation tree. Fixed a bug with Flawed Diamonds showing an incorrect description (also in their recipe). Fixed a bug where unlocked Emanation nodes would be unlocked for new characters. Increased key's maximum quantity from 20 to 99. New Zone: Spes. Once you beat the game on Hell difficulty, a cave will open to enter Spes. You can also access Spes from a portal in Pandemonium. New Feature: Spes. Pray to the True Evil to obtain permanent stats for your character. Each prayer costs a set of Sigils, increasing the cost with each prayer. These stats can be obtained from Spes: a) Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, Energy b) Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Move Speed, Attack Speed c) Life, Mana, Thorns, All Resistances (4) You can either obtain a new affix with each prayer, or improve a current one. The prayers are fully random, but you can respec for 1 million gold and get all your invested Sigils back. Changed the Training Dummy's sprite to something that doesn't look like a turd. Buffed Umbrate: Base Stats from 20% to 80% and Base HP from 10% to 60%. Scaling HP per level from 0.5% to 2% per level. Added Zombies, Vampire Knights and Skeleton Archers to Averno and Ephialtes of Vask, which drop Flour, Uncooked Steak and Beans respectively.

Added a button to add +10 and +50 attributes in the Details menu. Added a new pet: Aviarnus! Added a button on the Loot Filter to enable or disable it. Added a button on the Loot Filter to always show common items, regardless of affix configuration. Added Super Chests: they require 10 keys to open, drop level 100 items, and are found only in Chalices. Added new recipes to create Rejuv and Full Rejuv potions (Misc section). Added a new recipe to fuse Chalices: you can fuse 3 Chalices to create a completely new one. Added Chalice settings in the Loot Filter. You can now use Asroth's Blessing on Chalices! It will either add a “positive” affix, improve a current one, or corrupt the Chalice (you will get a totally new Chalice if this happens). Added a button to disable the Pet loot menu. Fixed a bug where Bow Pierce Chance would not display correctly on items. Fixed a bug where disabling Regular gems would also disable Flawless and Perfect gems. Fixed “all” pet-related bugs. I am using quotes because this means all the reported bugs; if you find any new ones, please let me know. Fixed a bug where Champion companion packs would spawn with fewer stats than the “leader” of the pack. Fixed a bug where enemies outside of Chalices would get Chalice bonuses after entering and then exiting a Chalice. Fixed a bug where Unique items dropped by high level enemies would override their original level. Fixed a bug where creating a portal inside a Chalice would destroy the Chalice. Fixed a bug where creating a portal outside a Chalice would destroy the Chalice. Fixed a bug where Den of Foulness was not calculating the correct number of enemies the player had to kill. Fixed a bug where Meditation would not show the correct description. Changed the texture of Chalice portals. Changed many images in the game, hopefully reducing the overall size of the game. Changed the way Thorns deals damage to the player: the same Thorny enemy will not deal Thorns damage to the player more than once per second.
