I LOVE the game SO much but there was a glitch

Toca life world is the best game ever and the only game I honestly have but I wanted to inform you about this glitch so it doesn’t happen to others. So basically one day I was purchasing some houses like modern mansion , maple avenue, beak street,etc…. I wanted to do a role play so I designed almost all my characters, and designed all my houses that I have (which are about 15 and all are like 2 or 3 floors) this took me SOOO LONGGGG and I did it without a break because I was determined to do my role play! Then when I’m finally done (1 week later) I go and finally take a break, then I go back inside the game to finally start my role play, everything is fine up until I click the blue play button to enter, because when I’m clicking on my house the screen is FROZEN! And the shop buttons and leave button aren’t there, so I thought it was an honest mistake and reopened the game only to find the same problem, so I just leave the game for a bit and enter a while later only to find EVERYTHING WAS RESETED even my characters and nothing was left in my houses. I really love the game but it just frustrated me ALOT and hope this issue gets fixed, but since I really love toca and was playing it from when the basically started and something like this has never happened to me before, I will give it a 5 stars!♥️

Here's how you can disable the Characters Movement feature: - Open the Settings app on your device. - Scroll down and find Toca World. - If you’re on iOS 18, tap Apps first, then select Toca World. - Toggle the Movements feature on or off. - Restart the app to apply the changes. Weird glitch(has been solved)

Hello! Before i start i would like to say that i personally enjoy this game and have no issues with it.(Im not sure if it helps, but i own no packs)Ive had this game for about a year or two, and no glitches have happened up until today.I opened the game expecting to try the new update and the loading screen was normal including the )shop option.Although when i clicked play, i was preset to where my home is built (the new street), with no buttons to press whatsoever. I tried clicking where the buttons are but they just wouldn't pop up. I also couldn't swipe left or right and i couldn't click on my home.I tried getting out and back in the game multiple times but it just wouldn't work.(i also tried resetting my world, along with both enabling and disabling the movement feature)Thinking it was a temporary issue, i left the game untouched for a few hours until i tried again.The same thing happened.Im not sure what this issue could be and if it is solvable, but i would prefer if the solution doesn't include me uninstalling the app as i have a bunch of gifts that I've been piling up throughout the year.Yours sincerely, KayEdit: hello! About 3 days after this glitch, everything is back to normal! Thank you for your concern. (By the way, i reset the game using the button, yet it wouldn't work) the issue was resolved on its own over time somehow! It was a really weird glitch.
