I’m using the App on iPhone, and recently it’s not memorizing the part where the series episode was stopped to “continue watching” and I aways have to skip/fast fwd to where I left off.. There is no option to click on one of the “cast” members of a series or a film to see what else they have on “shahid”, this is available on “netfix” and it would be much better to have on this app.

Very bad service and data policies

I have never seen such bad customer service that feels like talking to a phone scammer There should be a button to remove your card information when you need it like any other normal subscription/online payment service. In addition, the website says you have to share your last 4 card number details. One of the customer support tried to aggressively push for first 6 and last 4. Might as well provide my entire card number at this point. Talked to another customer support and it went fine with last 4. Very very very bad service, such a shame this is coming from our arab part of the world. Things should be smooth and easy, not this way. I hope someone on the team reads this and takes it into consideration because it is a huge problem and should be improved.

1. Feature to Skip intro for each episode as an option like Netflix.2. Feature to start next episode once current episode is finished like netflix3. Auto login. It pops up message for me saying u have been logged out i dont know it comes from what reason.4. Everytime i lose my connection need to search for the series and episode and search for the exact minute i was watching on this is not normal honestly !!5. Need to recognize where did i stop when i lose connection or if i close shahid and continue next day.

The offline downloads button should be more accessible (top right of the screen).Add “smart download” so when i finish watching an episode that is downloaded it deletes itself and starts downloading the next episode (delete and play next button). fullscreen button on downloaded episodes too.
