This app keeps trying to charge my bank card even though I’ve canceled everything and contacted you multiple times. I’ve messaged on all your social media — no response. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Stop charging me immediately and cancel any future payments. I’m reporting this if it continues.

As per the terms of the 3-days free trial, payments are automatically processed once the trial period ends. This is a standard policy for all apps in the App Store, as it is part of Apple’s subscription management system.We recommend cancelling the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends. This will prevent any further charges from being applied.
