Hello,I really enjoy watching anime on your platform, but I find the current playback speed options a bit limiting. Problems with downloading

I spent several hours before my flight trying to download episodes of anime. At the beginning everything was alright, but then at the end of downloading suddenly occurs an error. And so several times… I also downloaded 4 episodes successfully, but then I opened the app and couldn’t see these episodes in offline section 🫡🫡 So 6 hours later I successfully downloaded only 2 episodes of 20 minutes. So if you have a flight or a trip with no internet connection, I don’t recommend you to rely on crunchyroll, cause the app will let you down. Shame on you!

Difficult to navigate

Please add dates of episode release, and improve catalogues... It is complicated to navigate now and jump from ongoing anime to older movies, as well as check whether new episodes of stalled anime released or after hiatus

How do I cancel subscription without the application

The application itself is good. But I want to cancel my subscription. However I cannot do it. I subscribed through my old iphone earlier this year and lost it in june, forgot my icloud login and password. My bank info left on old smartphone, so I am not able physically cancel my subscription, even though I remember email(not icloud) and password of my crunchy account. Would be glad if developers made it possible to cancel subscription without doing it in the application.
