Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase. I spent a money on this game. After I stopped playing for a while and later redownloaded it, my account was gone and I couldn't recover it. Support told me their policy is to delete accounts after a period of inactivity.That is unacceptable given the amount of money users can spend on in-app purchases. there should be clear warnings and a reliable recovery process. I don't recommend paying into a game where your progress and purchases can disappear.

The game struggles to bring out the most basic of content. Several features of the game look like they have not been looked at and adjusted since the game’s inception. The supposed 2019 roadmap isn’t even half way done and we’re already almost in July 2020. The utter lack of communication with the playerbase does not help either. The game has a great base, but a terrible team behind it ruining any of its potential of being anything besides a cash cow.
