Hi CapCut I love the app it’s really good but the only issue I have is the “no internet connection” problem I have watched multiple videos reinstalled the app multiple time and tried to use a vpn but nothing work this glitch is on my phone I have tried on different mobiles but the glitch is there too on my iPad I edit because there is no glitch but on my other devices the glitch is there please work on fixing this issue as soon as possible us editors need it to be fixed as there is no point in editing with just pictures/videos and audios (no effects,animations,filters ,transitions and text are not loading and I have a stable network)Please resolve this issue thank you-Unknown

I used to love this app so much, it helped me free up my storage, when the “pro” update arrived and made almost everything that was free turn into a pro, I was disappointed but still used the app, but when almost everyone talking about how you can access to my drafts I was worried, because my hijabi best friend was not wearing her hijab, and it was still on draft, and I also heard you can sue us for “copyright” using our videos against us, and the fact you train ai is sooo bad!! When my other hijabi best friend saw the pro for editing almost on all of it, extract being pro and good quality pro, she deleted CapCut and downloaded another editing app because of it. Ever since the release of CapCut, I was enjoying it and happy with it that I had to use it for years! But now, you have made it extremely worse to the point where I have to delete CapCut. Today is the end of the day I’ll be using CapCut, thanks for making the CapCut worse Developers. You have caused A LOT of CapCut users to QUIT including ME!! For being a money hungry, video stealer and suer, and EVERYTHING THAT HAVE MADE YOUR APPLICATION GOES TO DOWNFALL!!

It I so amazing!! It’s so easy to use. The first time I got it, I knew how to use it! And it’s labeled so I can know what the button is! XD and even without pro the things are so great! But there is only one thing I wanna know. How do you have the “zoom down to up?” I really tried once but I’m really not getting it. I would be soo happy if you replied. I still give this a five star because there really is nothing I can complain about!! This app is perfect. I would like to give a big thanks to the creator. ❤️😘

Hello there, great app great features always in progress. I wonder if you can add controls +\- to adjust inserting or splitting functions for any added content (video,audio,text).That would be awesome since I have to do that in different app now.Furthermore, entering text in Arabic language fonts always needs a inverted website to copy and paste in CapCut since it's doesn't support Arabic language alignment (right to left). Hope you can help in that.Thank you
