In school I have a lot of project and I was frustrated, but when I saw this app everything changed this has all the things for a presentation in my school I actually appreciate this app and I hope this will be able to be WORLDWIDE and btw I am not a robot or anything I am just a normal person appreciating this amazing app and I hope someone reads this and appreciate this app or downloads and I am so glad to see this app! Not suitable for the new iOS system

Was working well before but Since iOS revealed the new update I’ve been having a problem for months with this app and website crashing all the time and the glitches, white basic pages appear and you can’t even log out!! Although I am paying monthly for the Pro subscription bad services I get! this is really frustrating Yet the customer service team are great and they answered my emails quickly but after following all their instructions no one could solve my problem ! All what they say wait for the new update and nothing changed after the update is released! I even changed to a new iPhone from Xs to 12 Pro n still having the same issue 👎🏼 really bad that I can’t reach my designs for my social media designs by my phone and really hard to keep using it on a laptop to edit or to do new designs Totally not satisfied

It keeps crashing more than 2 weeks, i have tried to design with it with no use. If you want to keep us interested please change your staff and fix this app !
