I spent money just to support the DEV team but the item dropping rate is way too stingy. Expensive item, slow progress, players are being forced to catch up one event to another, toooooo much! Your game process can’t be transferred on your own. You can only play one device only which is horrible when you’re being required to log in every 2 hours. Now, I STOPPED. UNINSTALLED.

Sorry for the frustration. Drop rates and event pacing should feel fair, so we want to check your game. Pondlife needs a connection but you should not be logging in every 2 hours. Transfers are manual using your User ID. Please email support@runaway.zendesk.com with your ID so we can help.
