The auto translate function is now absent. I liked it better before. Cambodian drivers keep typing in their native language and the previous versions would just auto translate them into English. That function completely gone now.

Ordering food is very annoying. 20% of the time you wait over an hour only to find the order was canceled due to no driver available. The most annoying this is they don’t even let you cancel whenever you want to, sometimes forcing you to wait over an hour to eat, sometimes longer. We should be able to cancel the moment we feel we have waited long enough and that we should get food elsewhere for the sake of our health rather than starving because grab doesn’t want to cancel an order that has already taken too long. Fix this nonsense.

The prices aren’t accurate to how much they’ll take from your ABA account which is very inconvenient. There isn’t a proper phone number to call if you have issues or an actual human to chat with ( they use AI ) which is also inconvenient since they aren’t able to resolve any issues other than “reporting” it. Lastly, the app tends to confirm orders then 30 minutes later, the shop or delivery cancels out of nowhere. This app is way worse than nham24 and they shouldn’t have merged into one.

I am astonished on how poor is this company’s app and services. They recently acquired Nham24 a top class brand in the country for food deliveries, and are now going to infuse them with their poor services, and destroy the user experience. It takes ages for customer to communicate to their support for food orders. Like there is literally no way to bypass their poorest quality AI. Their AI does not comprehend to anything what we are saying. Poor app, poor services, gross drivers who do not know anything, An unprofessional company. Absolutely poor! This brand should learn basics of e-commerce from Nham24, they are great!
