I was told to contact help center and even after sending screenshots no one reached out to me. I wish they could do something about it that was my tuition fee! After months of playing games, they started stealing my money through unintended purchase of coins without my knowledge! Some transactions don’t even have invoices! Beware of this APP. Worst app ever! I regret downloading and USING! If anyone knows how to retrieve my money back please HELP! God is watching you!! That was my tuition fees😭💔 I wrote an email and attached the screenshots and your team didn’t even follow up . Very very disappointed.
