Multiple strategies to reduce your screentime 1. Delay before opening your app: A bit of time before choosing if you need to open your distracting app. You can have the wait time increase each time you open your app. 2. Interrupt your scrolling: Check your distracting apps for short periods of time so you don't get sucked in. 3. Set an app goal and optionally block when you reach your limit. 4. Configurable for different days of the week and time by app. 5. Messages like "Is this important" before opening your app. 6. See your screen time for only your distracting apps. Don't worry about Google Maps bloating up your time. 7. Strict block your apps: Either for time ranges, after a certain number of opens or ScreenTime. Strict blocked apps can be hidden from the home screen. 8. Locks on Settings to prevent you from changing your settings when you want to open an app. 9. Breathing and other activities to encourage you not to need to open the app while waiting for it to unlock. 10. Streaks to encourage you not to exceed your limits or override your settings.

Dear developers,This app is fantastic — exactly what I needed! I love that all the core features are free.There’s one feature I’d love to see added. Right now, the Open button is colored, while the Close button is plain text, which makes the Open button stand out more and feel more tempting to press.I understand this design might be intentional — since the screen also appears briefly when opening the app, not just when blocking.Still, it’d be great if there were an option to swap the design of the Open and Close buttons, like in iPhone Screen Time. That flexibility would give users more control and choice, while also enhancing the app’s usage control effect.Thank you for reading my feedback.

全体的にカスタマイズ性の高い、使いやすいアプリです。無料なのに、制限できるアプリグループが複数作れます(私は5種類のグループを作りました)アプリグループひとつごとに細かくスケジュールを複数設定できます。例えば朝は9〜10時、夜は23〜24時など、1つのグループに複数のスケジュールも設定可能です。オンデマンドブロックもあり、コントロールセンターからワンタップでロックできます。iOSのショートカットアプリとも組み合わせて使えます。例えば集中モードが始まった時にオートメーションでオンデマンドブロックを開始するなどもできます。理由を書いてアプリのロック解除をする機能にも効果を感じています。ロック画面(シールド画面)もシンプルで、デザインも気が散らないようにすっきりとしています。最新のアップデートでライブアクティビティに対応したため、ロック解除したアプリを使用後に再びロックをするのがスムーズになりました。これによりダラダラ使いが更に防げます。

I was using the app Opal before this and this app has all of opals features but is free which I really appreciate. However the settings and setups were more intuitive on the opal app and I’m also not so sure about the safety of this app since it doesn’t seem to be as well known. When I tried to tip I had to put in my name and address which I didn’t like so I ended up not tipping.

◯分使ったらアプリがストップして⚪️分クールダウンしない再度開けない…というアプリが欲しくて、入れました。少し使って、時間節約のベストアプリだと思い、Xの使用を制限するために秒で課金したが、これでブロックしていると通知が来なくなる。SNSのDMなど、即時通知が来ないと困るものがある。結局、通知が来ていないか知るためにSNSを開くことになってしまいました。ショートカット機能を使って、開く前にワンクッション置く機能だけを使えば通知を受け取れるけれど、その機能のアプリはすでに持っていて、私は使っている最中に止めて欲しかったので。今はショッピングアプリやSafariなど通知がいらないものに使っています。課金すると、アプリを開くときに表示される警告画面の色を変えることができるので、その色をアプリによって変えることができます。違う色の画面が広がるとそれでなんとなく満足してアプリを開くのをやめられます。one secよりウェイトを短くできるので、必要な時はサッと開けて便利です。
