When I try to log into the account it tells me to connect to Wi-Fi of turn on mobile data even though they are both on and working perfectly fine in any other app. I am very disappointed because I have been waiting so long to watch Disney plus and it won’t work on my phone! And do not tell me this is a problem with my phone because it’s clearly not! I have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times but it doesn’t make a difference I asked my uncle who works with tech and he said to turn off the VPN thing on settings i did that, no difference. I’ve made sure my iOS was up to date, and guess what, it was. So I would really appreciate i you could help me solve my problem, and I am not being rude I was just really looking forward to watch some of my favorite series/ movies. Example: modern family, the Star Wars series, all the Disney shows, Avatar 1, Avatar 2 and many more. I hope you can find a solution to this problem, Thank you!

i honestly don’t know why a lot of people are complaining, I’ve bought the subscription from the app smoothly and I’ve had the same account for a year and a half, works perfectly fine and very smooth. I’m not sure if it’s the devices for others but for far I love it, great work.

I’m a big fan of Disney+’s selection of titles and content, but this app behaves horribly, and is a stark difference compared to the Disney+ apps released in other regions. Some of the issues I’ve experienced so far:1. There is still no Landscape mode support for viewing titles on iPad. Every time I want to browse the titles, I have to rotate my iPad, find the show and episode I want to watch, and then rotate it again because the media player has no portrait mode support!2. Downloaded titles do not include subtitles, and there is no way to add them even if you’re still connected to the internet. 3. Casting to a TV has refused to work on several occasions. 4. The brightness adjust bar requires 3 steps to use. I have to bring up the controls by tapping on the screen once, swipe on the brightness bar in its exact location and drag it to a level I want, and then tap again to get rid of the controls. This is unlike brightness adjustment in any other app that supports it. I should just be able to swipe up or down from the left edge to adjust brightness, without needing to bring up the controls and drag the exact slider on the bar. 5. The automatic “play next” feature has on several occasions skipped episodes entirely. The episode I’m currently watching ends, I click the “Play next” button, it loads the next episode, and then the automatic timer skips yet another episode. If I wasn’t keeping track of episode numbers I would have missed lots of episodes without realizing it. 6. It’s impossible to do anything related to account management within the app. Something as trivial as changing the email address associated with my account has to be brought up to a customer support page, making a task that would typically take 30 seconds into one that requires 3 minutes at the very least. This is redundant and unnecessary. Give your users the ability to manage their own accounts on the fly. I love the content on this app, but all of these issues, in addition to others, just make using this service a chore rather than leisure. No other service I use has an app nearly half as bad as this in terms of UX, and it’s a shame. Because Disney+ has the best selection among all of them.
