In the year 2xxx, Earth is struck by a mysterious virus that causes a strange illness called "zombie" by scientists. This virus causes humans to mutate, turning them into zombies with altered sizes and loss of consciousness. Infected individuals are attracted to noise and human blood.
Players take on the role of survivors in this post-apocalyptic world. To protect their beloved home and the remaining survivors, they must build a base with multiple layers of defense. Utilizing defense towers will help players fortify their base and safeguard their home.
At the start of each level, players will see the play area (an 8x8 grid) and the path that monsters will take to reach their target. Players must use puzzle-piece-shaped wall fragments to create a path that forces monsters to pass through defensive towers and be defeated. The goal is to protect the home from monster attacks.
The home is placed at predefined locations in each level. Players can place the puzzle pieces anywhere on the grid, ensuring at least one space is left open in each row.
Each level features 6 waves of monsters. At the beginning of a level, players can choose one of two tower cards. After selection, the tower card will appear in the same area as the puzzle pieces. Players will place these cards on the grid before starting the level. After each wave, players can select additional cards, which include two types of tower cards and a stat card. The stat card buffs all defensive towers, while the tower cards will be added to the tower area.
