This was one of my most favourite city building sim. I liked many thing but I hated some. I have written that paragraph above in past tense because of a recent update which ruined everything. It has become a bigger of a grind to get assets to build many things. Many buildings constructed in the past have been reverted to their foundation stage and many still work. Some buildings, like the international terminal, don’t even work. It has become easier to construct railway sections. However the rail and sleeper assets which were accumulated, are now useless. Many buildings such as ring road Transport hubs and railway stations are now only unlocked after reaching different levels, which makes it confusing. The only good thing from this update is that it has become easier to construct the underwater tunnel to business island. This update was carelessly developed and released. Please fix it immediately. Thank you.

I’ve been playing this game and it’s really addictive but suddenly after few days I can’t log in the game even my data is turn on, I’ve checked every online apps either is it because of internet but nothing happen. Please fix this tq.

Can’t Do anything

I downloaded this game and for some reason it hanged after I did a task. So I closed it and opened it and they asked me to do a second task. I am unable to do it because I didn’t collect the item after doing the first task and that item is required for the second task. Now I tried restarting the game multiple times and I’m not able to do anything. It forces me to do this task and I cannot do it because I don’t have the required items. I can’t click anywhere as it will automatically force me to do the tutorial.

Hi. Since in training mode, the settings button and ID is not available, follow these instructions: turn off the Internet, start the game, the button to contact support, click on it and fill out the appeal, then turn on the Internet and send us an appeal. Appeal will automatically be attached to the city ID and we will be able to solve the problem
