Game animation feels like the show

I love the game, especially interface is very intuitive that possibility of getting lost is very minimal. If you do get stuck holding the icon tells the relevant information. I just love the overall game and it’s animation, sound etc

BUGS BUGS EVERYWHERE AND DESTROY BATTERY LIFE

Most power hungry game in the entire App Store. Drains 20-25% battery in 10-15 minutes of game play. Oh their customer care, pathetic. They won’t solve simple bugs for ages but will bring new features to lure more money. All they care about is money. In short, so so greedy, don’t care about user experience, won’t fix bugs forever. I won’t recommend this game to anyone. Destroys your battery, empties your wallet and even after that you can’t play peacefully as there are tons of bugs. You have to keep on reporting to them almost every week which these people don’t even care about. Pathetic.

Playing this game since two years and trust me back then, it was interesting. But today you need to pay to unlock new toons. No regional events, which means older toons are stuck on whatever rank they are. Giving 2 to 3 pieces of older toons on holiday season is again a joke. To play naughty n nice event, one should have the supported toons to unlock the new characters, but it’s way too difficult. Totally disappointed by the changes made. This game is free but EXACTLY NOT FREE!

While the ‘contact us’ support group is very prompt, the overall developer group/management of the game is not player/customer centric at all. I had trouble with my phone because of which I could not log in to claim the prize for an event that I actually spent a bit of money in. 10 days later when I could log in, I was told that the reward expired; and that I cannot be given the same retrospectively as the issue was not with the game.Don’t get me wrong, the game is great fun. But this behaviour of theirs was so unacceptable that I uninstalled it.
