HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you decide to learn with Nibble and download the app, you can choose a subscription plan most suitable for your goals.
The Nibble subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month, 3 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the selected option) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.
If you start a free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial.
Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

I was interested in this app, but the widget with the plan subscription doesn’t give me a chance at least to see a teaser of some of the courses or lessons. How can I understand if I want to buy this app if I don’t have a second to try it?

Charged During Free Trial

I signed up for a one-week free trial and was charged the full subscription price before the trial period ended. Charging users during a free trial is misleading and unacceptable. I would never have agreed to this if it had been made clear upfront. I am currently requesting a refund.The app itself does offer diverse and rich content, and it has clear potential. However, I expected more games, which was the main thing I was looking for, and I was also disappointed that there is no option to search by topic. I would have liked to continue exploring the app during the free week, but being charged immediately completely changed the experience. At this point, I just want to delete my account and get my money back.

Unauthorized Charges

Dear Support Team,I am writing to report unauthorized charges on my account.I initially approved a single payment of $7 for a trial period only. However, I was later charged an additional $19 without my consent or any prior authorization.Due to this issue, I no longer wish to use your application at all.I request the following actions to be taken immediately:1.Cancel my subscription and any future charges.2.Issue a full refund for the total amount charged, including both the $7 trial payment and the unauthorized $19 charge.This situation is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.Please confirm once the refund has been processed and my account has been fully canceled.
