Really unhappy with this app. It keeps crashing and causing my phone to freeze. I have deleted and reinstalled it but still have same issue. On the odd time I get it to work it takes a insanely long time to load photos. And if I try to upload more than 1 photo it will fail.I have a photography business so I need to be able to show my photos. Using the app on an iPhone 7s.

Great service but the app needs improvements

First of all, the 4 stars relate to the app, not LinkedIn as a whole. I've got several contacts via the platform, including my current job. So for that matter, the service is worth it. But the app has regular instability. Even after this last update, which was supposed to make the chat the most reliable yet, sometimes the conversations just won't load. It happens occasionally with the notification tab as well, it stays only loading. I have to force close the app and onde I'm back, it works. But all in all, it's one of my most used apps for news, updates and certainly for networking.

LinkedIn is a fantastic App and I have been using it for years now. Recently I have been getting blocked from using the App and being force to update but cannot because I need to have iOS 16.6 or later. I believe the type of iOS anyone has, needs to be allowed for update as that’s their capacity.So is LinkedIn expecting people to buy a new phone to upgrade when they do not have plans or finances for it??? That’s a financial pressure on the side of the users and it’s completely unfair to make such decision without considering every user’s capabilities and allowing flexibility.

An excellent way to keep in touch with your professional network, especially when people move on to other roles. I use it most days.Some glitches: you can't send a personalised message with an invite to connect on the app (so I'd recommend sending invites via the online version unless the person you are connecting to is in front of you when connecting); some recommendations can't link to the correct role/context; tag ins for messages don't always work.
