I have made a annual subscription and since than i’m not able to use it. Doesn’t even let me sign in again the apps are not working neither on phone or tablet or laptop. Hungary is on the list of the available countries but i got the message that Skyshowtime isn’t available in my location. How is it possible to make a subscription than???I wanted to contact them to get my money back but if i click on the help or contact options it just tosses me around on the same page. I reported the problem and asked for a refund. But I won’t recommend anybody to subscribe. Im really disappointed and just hope that it will be resolved. Cause i cant even renounce my subscription.

For the first part of the horror film Ouija, you can't choose the Hungarian dubbing, they don't speak Hungarian. I made an announcement last week on Thursday, but it's annoying that you can only talk to a chatbot, and the third one managed to understand, if he really understood the problem at all.Everything else works great and smoothly, but unfortunately I can't give it 5 stars because I don't see any change in the problem since then.

Almost no content with dolby sound

Dolby 5.1 is a very basic feature snce the boom of streaming started. And you advertise like you have it. But I could barely fnd content with dolby sound. Big disappointment. At least you should not advertise with the message that you have 5.1 sound.Edit: and now you replied that you have it. I have the right system, it works with every service. I talked to your team and they admitted, that there are only a few shows with dolby. Not Yellowstone, not Halo, not Oppenheimer, only the documentary. So at least please don’t lie in your reply publicly.
