easier it is, the more likely one will stick to the plan. But i wish one can add extra section to it to suit their own needs. After putting in a lot of entries, the app became very slow.

This app really helps me to get into the habit of journaling. I just hope that we can select a specific day to see our entries on that selected day. As I found it hard to review the entries because of I need to scroll through many entries to reach the older ones.

Very disappointed!!!!!! I have been writing my journals on this app over 4 years and couldn’t find my journals after the upgrade!!!!! Please tell me it is not true !!!!PLEASE HELP URGENTLY !!!!

We’re happy to confirm that your journal entries are safe and sound but it’s likely that you accidentally created a new account using Apple or Google signin. The Five Minute Journal app will not allow you back into your old account if you have accidentally created new accounts under a different sign-in method like through Apple ID or Google. You must delete these new accounts first, before being able to access your existing account. To do this, we ask that you please tap the Account icon on the top bar, select your Account/Profile and confirm the date that you joined. If it shows you have joined this month at the bottom, you can safely delete this duplicate empty account by visiting "Account Security". Keep doing this to any and all new accounts you may have created. This must be done first. Then, you will be able to sign in to your old account, likely via Email + Password, or Facebook, especially if you are a long-time user. Once you are back in, this will give you the option to update your account, import your entries and receive the 12 months of premium for free. I just started using it but it's working for me to focus on my thoughts. It helps me to get rid of the mountainous chatter of " what I should do lists" that normally takes up my mind and day but reflect and remind me of " what I love and makes me happy". I see my entries are changing from practical matters to more of inner nature and each day seems to has a theme. I am excited to find out how it will form in a month and as times go by. I do see and experience more of what I love during my day. It's simple to use and non time consuming for daily use. I used to write long journals but you can't really have a quick glance and see your progress that way so it's a nice app to use. It gives you those moments of silent reflection and inspiration as if you are doing quick meditation.I just noticed today the same issue with the previous reviewer when I wanted to finish adding my entries during the day and my entries were gone. So aside from that it might be nice to have a reminder function throughout the day with our daily affirmations. Lkg forward to some updates!
