Fixed map/GPS/job errors. Corrected purchases. Improved truck physics, brakes, and added steering wheel sensitivity. Added Arcade/Simulation modes. UI shows compatibility, "Get Maps" button added. Supports Map Editor v2. Textures and cinematic cameras improved.
