What you need to pay attention to when sending vehicles to pick up passengers is to open traffic appropriately. If you try to send the vehicle of the correct color without opening the traffic, you may cause the vehicles to crash. If you send too many vehicles that do not match the passengers, you may fill the waiting station with vehicles and you will lose.
