Upwork customer support is not existent. They have an AI bot which doesnt’t help. Randomly asked for my ID verification again, and withdrew more than 10 active proposals. This meant I lost $45 because of a glitch in the system and they don’t have any channel to dispute that.

Prefer Deel this guys take forever and charge for everything! $50 for a wire transfer and exchange rate the lowest in existence don’t have customer support and the support takes forever, last time i would work with them.
