Serious problem with the game

The game keeps shutting off after opening it for a few seconds!!! I open the app and after clicking some characters etc. and moving around in the city suddenly it shuts off!!! And when I open it starts from the start, meaning without having completed the characters jobs!!! Do something!!! It is very annoying!!! Also why the city cannot grow more???!!!

Great game overall, very funny and with lots of contents. The only downside, which made me leave it a couple of times, is the extremely long waiting hours. One task takes 8 hours minimum so you end up playing for only a couple of minutes a day.

Very funny game, it has a lot to do, I think the events are a little bit too irrelevant with the show, but maybe that's just me..My only complain is the very long loading time when I open the game, both in iPhone 4 and 5S..
