Why can’t I see my widget in the streamed video on YouTube even though I added them to my scenes in the app and even rearranging the whole widget layers but still can’t see my widget on my videos, for example, subscriber count, etc.???

This software is specifically for live streaming. This means that there won't be any recording made on the device itself, but if you have VODs enabled on the platform you would be able to see them there.
