I’m stuck at level 30 .. iv won but I can’t move to level 31

I have gotten to level 30 and I have won but it doesn’t move to the next level. I have deleted it more than 4 times but when ever I reach that level I experience the same issue. I’m using IPhone 12.

Need some work,it goes off in the middle of a game. And can’t cross level 30, why?? In some levels i can’t use my boosts, there’s a red Cross on it, why ?

Progress lost every all time.

There’s no measures in place for one to retrieve their game if the person changed a different game. I have lost my progress severally even after buying jewels. Work on it.
