After 5 days of making complaints about my VIP feature’s unavailability. I kept receiving the same process the first support team gave me yet the days are moving. This is really poor customer service and I won’t recommend Facetune to anyone to pay for upgrade features. Any one here who can suggest a better app?

Sorry to hear this. Can you please send us an internal log from within the Facetune app? To do so, tap on the settings icon in the top right corner and then tap on Contact Us. A contact form will appear for you to enter the details of the issue. Once done, tap Submit and we will receive your message which will have a log and receipt attachment for us to investigate further. Look forward to hearing from you.
