Update to devs reply. The bug has nothing to do with compatibility, I’ve checked my achievements and I’m around 550 days, all of which using the same phone. I’ve done everything my end to try and solve the problem and it still persists.Update Feb 9th 2024: Really annoyed with this game now, I saved around 20,000 gems for an event, I’m now halfway through the ‘Snowsteps towards spring’ event, having invested a lot of gems and time… now the game won’t open at all on either my phone or iPad, I’ve essentially lost 10,000 gems and 2 event days, which if you’re a high level, you’ll know are hard enough to get what you’re after with the full event time! I’ve pretty much had it with this game now, Habby/Gorilla Studios would rather add more stuff to hook the freshies, than fix known problems and listen to people that have played their game daily for the last 500+ days. Absolute joke! Game is now crashing quite frequently. I’m level 100 so know all the tricks for clearing cache, re-downloading, low graphics settings etc… still crashing. And clan expedition needs to be MUCH shorter… 5 x 15 minutes levels, so an hour and 15 mins to then do a 3 minute boss is a bit of a drag. Still no clan shop either. Too much reward dilution which now makes it extremely low odds that you’ll score the gear you want. Too many characters now also. Will update my review if anything changes
