The game gave me a free bonus after I downloaded it which was great because it meant that I could try it out immediately . As I say, so far so good . . . I have played a couple of games with £3 and £5 entrance fees . I won a few so now I have about £8 ( having stared with £5) . So : there isn’t ‘big’ money being thrown about… but I have won small amounts . Maybe the huge wins come later.

I have all of this developers apps and I’ve always had instant withdrawals, it takes about 5 minutes and it comes into my account. However this particular game it told me I had 24hrs and I had an instant withdrawal before on the same game. The message I got was there’s a red flag for money laundering, I used my bank card to withdrawal and I’ve since sent proof of this and still no funds released. I also keep getting a message stating it’s 1-3 working days, that is rubbish, the more you level up the quicker the withdrawal is, I’ve always had instant withdrawals. I am so upset, nobody answers me with proper answer and I’m now way over the 24hr mark, they say it’s failed, however the app says it’s still processing, I read the q&a if failed it should return to the game. The other thing I was told is to resolve the issue I need add more money and play again to solve this withdrawal problem, I can’t make a new withdrawal as it’s in process, so I can’t play again anyway. The game it self is good but the cost of buying credit imo is expensive compared to other games, on the solitaire and the slots games you will have times where you will not win a penny, this could last days depending on how often you play, part of the slots have the “bonus 7 jackpot “ spins this is pointless, you’re chance of winning anything on that is zilch, nada, zero, but you still need to press the claim button to collect zero, sometimes you do get a good win but are unable to withdraw until you do a round of solitaire , if you have plenty of money to throw around and not afraid to lose more than you win then give it a go

Be wary of spending any money on this app. Customer support is abysmal / completely absent. I had an identical score to another player, and for some reason I was awarded 4th place and the other player 3rd place. The prize money was $29 different, and so after showing screenshots of the scores they agreed to refund my $20 entry fee. That was weeks ago and I’m still waiting. They said you will be able to claim the refund through the “mailbox” on the battle page. However there is no mailbox on my battle page and I have sent TWELVE messages over the course of the last week asking them where this “mailbox” is and they have simply ignored every single one. BE VERY CAREFUL SPENDING ANY MONEY HERE!
