This is one of the best merge games I’ve ever played. Excellent graphics, good and interesting story, great bonus games and events and I’ve been happy to spend money on it. Until now. The game has been ruined for me because if you don’t buy increasingly expensive space in the storage cupboard, half the game board is taken up with obsolete object spawners. I’m on level 114 and as you progress through the game new spawning items are generated and the previous ones seem to become unnecessary as the objects they produce aren’t part of the game play. I’ve had to buy loads of space in the cupboard to move them off the board so I have space to get items to fulfill the orders. Get this sorted developers and either give us free space for the unused spawners or allow us to delete them.Edit**The developerstook this feedback on board and added free additional space in the cupboard and continue to do so with every update. The story remains interesting with lots of opportunity to get free items. Yes there are payment options to increase the gifts but it’s your choice. Personally I don’t like the bingo game but I just ignore it, the rest are fab. Keep up the good work guys!!!

It’s a brilliant, fun and addictive game. It’s well thought out and has some great ideas and content. There are a few small changes that I think would make playing better and keep player retention up. Having an option to turn off the story, although you can skip it which is a bonus. Another addition would be making the first 100 energy you buy with diamonds 10 instead of 20 and the energy chest 20 instead of 30. Also making the reward baskets give out more valuable assets to help complete an order rather than it being quite random and unhelpful at times. Overall it’s a very enjoyable game and would recommend it. Something else to add is please make it easier to actually obtain items, it’s endless amounts of building up to get very little in return, I have seen other comments regarding the energy usage and how little you get for how much you actually have to do. Yes I understand putting money in, but not everyone can do that and eventually you’ll drive away all the players that freely play which will be most of the people playing. Very few will be able to actually put money in to win. Just make it a little more accessible, again it will help keep player retention.The more I play this game the worse it’s getting, compared to something like Tasty Travels which I really enjoy this game doesn’t hold up, you have to build up way to much just to hopefully get what you need and the money you get isn’t even worth it.

Firstly, the game advertised isn’t the same as the game you download, but that isn’t the main issue. One thing that bothers me is the fact you are given new production items so frequently without the consideration of space on the board. It’s beginning to clog up and then goes disregarded by the production requests so the produce aren’t even used anymore. What space will I have left if you keep giving me new production items whilst ignoring the existing ones? Yes, you can spend gems for storage but that just doesn’t suffice. Also, when I’m levelling up a building it doesn’t seem to progress and keeps me stuck on, for example, 6/8 instead of moving me to 7/8. It does this so frequently for me that it gets frustrating because it’s just eating my coins without allowing me to progress and soon fully restoring the building. Also the rewards for levelling up has seriously dropped off. Please take time to consider my points, thank you.

After spending hundreds of pounds on this brilliantly designed game with stunning graphics, I have to agree with another review that the company behind it is undoubtedly impressive. The game is incredibly addictive, mainly because the visuals are so captivating that you just want to keep playing—and spending money. However, the biggest issue is the very poor return on the money you invest. For instance, one item is supposed to produce both the justice symbol and the gavel, but 98% of the time you only get the symbol, with just a 2% chance of receiving the gavel. This means you keep using up your energy, but you rarely get what you need.It’s hard to blame the company entirely for encouraging spending, but it’s clear that the game is designed with profit in mind. If you’re an average player like me, I strongly advise against playing this game because it will drain your bank account. I’ve never encountered a game where 80% of the time, your board is so full that you're forced to sell items. My request to the developers (Company) is to offer better value for the money players spend. As for me, I’ve decided not to spend another penny and, despite how hard it is after the investment I’ve made on the product have value , I will be deleting the game.In the end, these digital items have no real value compared to the money you put in. My message to the company is to be less greedy and give players a fair return. To everyone else, my advice is to stop playing this game—it’s dangerously addictive. One star for return for time and money you spend but five stars for the stunning graphics. Thank you.
