Love this game played it for ages now and still enjoy it however there is a few tweaks I would add. Firstly the ability to trade cards with alliance members would be helpful I have several of the same summons I don’t use and rather than just use them for training i would much rather give them to a team member who is less lucky. Secondly the same with food and metal I have maxed my base and no longer require vast amounts of food etc be nice if there was a request button for help in alliances like there is in every other game of this type I have played. And lastly the weapon spawn after beating levels is a bit out of synch you seem to get tonnes of red and blue but nothing else they are only 1 or 2 stars so it’s not as though I need them just makes levelling 5* impossible even after a year without purchasing certain things. Hope the devs keep up the good work though great game

I have played Empire & Puzzles for sometime, getting my Stronghold up to Level 21 and many heroes up to MAX 5 Star but in the end, it came down to “Pay To Win”. Now I don’t put any money into that RPG, I just level up.So, this new Puzzle Combat (Empire & Puzzles Part 2) by the same developers seems good for now, with starting up from the beginning and seeing where this takes me, before it starts hounding me for my £$ cash $£Good graphics, good music and nice looking female characters 😉👍

This is a card collecting, resource management game with match 3 gameplay. It is one of the best games of its type, and is very similar to the developers’ earlier Empires & Puzzles. The artwork is superb, their are many varied elements and it is addictive. On the other hand, this isn’t one for those looking to progress quickly and reach some sort of end point. You don’t have to spend hard cash, but if you don’t, progress will be painfully slow. Beware though: there are many players spending large sums of money (hundreds or more a month) and these are the ones who feature at the top of the leaderboards. Beware too that spending money does not guarantee getting what you want. The drop rates are very low for the best heroes and items needed, there is no pity timer, and no facility to swap or trade duplicates.

I didn’t expect much, but my word this game gets very tired, very quickly. All becomes a big pointless. No real challenge in the game. Everything is really samey. You either win really easily or die really easily. No middle ground-no strategy. Put out your 5 strongest against all opponents and you either win or lose. Certain characters are miles more effective than others. Any “freebies” you earn are invariably rubbish and the relentless opportunities to spend cash. The “raids” part of the game is appalling-put out ur 5 best( maxed out 4/5 star “heroes”- u will lose 3 or 4 out of 5 matches virtually every time. Put out another weaker team - same result- . I have played this about 9 months and it’s ok to wile away a bus trip or two- but don’t be inclined to spend anything.
