This game is really good it’s fun to play and challenging making sure your prisoners don’t riot only once I’ve had prisoners taken away and that was when I started the Ice Fortress event. I’m on Cybertomb now and nearly finished Alcantraz and I’m glad I’ve got the two to work on because when I finished Vladistenko it took ages to get the reformed prisoners to level up. The only issues I have with the game are that you can’t interact with the characters and sometimes your cooks don’t cook or deliver the food to the prisoners or they deliver food late and some prisoners don’t get fed. Also, the janitors are in the laundry just standing there and not loading the washing machines and there’s nothing you can do. The length of real time it takes to build stuff is a bit frustrating and the fact that your earnings are capped after an hour of being offline. I would also like to be able to spend money on earlier prisons after completing all the goals because the money just builds up and you can’t do anything with it so it just becomes useless really.

This games was a great game and I enjoyed playing it until I reached near enough getting to the end of Vladistenko Penitentiary that’s when I started having issues with the game. I could play it for a minute or two then it would shut off I complained twice to which they replied sorry maybe it’s because you don’t have enough space for the game to work properly free up some space and should then work. I have loads of space on my iPad and all my other games work just fine so have no idea what there banging on about plus the iPad had had an update so it was not the iPad it’s a fault in there game some how but I thought although annoying maybe as I’m not far off getting to the next prison I will keep trying to get the amount of prisoners needed to get there. I was right started playing Alcantraz Federal Penitentiary was going lovely and same thing is now happening again I have near enough done it all just need the amount of prisoners to get to the next Penitentiary which is quite a lot but this time as soon as I go to play it it does not work at all just turns itself off. It’s so annoying as I liked playing the game I don’t know why it keeps doing it. It would be nice if the game worked properly to be able to play it so before I would have given it five stars but right now it’s not even a one star but will put that. Gutted

I really liked this game but it has lots of bugs which really annoy me as they seem really simple to fix.Upgrading cell furniture makes no difference on income even thought it says it should. If I open the game at the wrong time everyone goes for food but my cooks haven’t done anything or will return from the dining hall without serving anyone. Also the amount food prepared makes no logical sense with the number of prisoners eating, 4 meals can feed 12 people easily!? My kitchen currently provides +5 heath but once people are eating they have received +42 health!? One of the most annoying is that the prisoners beat the cooks to the dining room and then leave because there’s no food, the cooks then turn up with full food and feed the last couple of prisoners with all the others having already left hungry! And another one - on the second level with 48 prisoners, as they queue up for food (before the first even gets to the counter) the ones at the back are turned away because the queue is too long. Max staff, max food and max dining room upgrades and half my prisoners are turned away hungry! These are just a few...Nice game but people will quickly loose interest if nothing makes sense, it all seems a bit random which is really frustrating for something which is supposed to be fairly simple and logical.

I really enjoyed the game and thought I’d add a no ad feature, I don’t mind spending few quid on a game if it’s cool and I’m sticking to it for longer than few hours. I also added +1 hour guard and +50% profits do I’d make more out of limited time competition prisons. And that’s where the whole issue begun- once you add +50% profit, you lose ability to double income by watching an ad, I find this very misleading as there’s not a single word about the fact that after adding “accountant”, player loses very valuable option for 2x income... what’s the point of the “skip the ad” option then? I’m very disappointed and honestly feel like scummed now. I enjoyed the game and for a long time, this was one playable game, unfortunately, as always, it’s completely ruined by the never ending greed of developers and as always, I strongly believe that spending money on mobile games is always a con- no refunds and no any response from devs. If buying something on Steam, you have an option for refund, than on the mobile platform, devs are kinda free to do whatever they want. I’ll try to contact App Store support and see if there’s any chance for a refund, as this is clearly a day time robbery. My advice to anyone- enjoy the game and if you feel you fed up with the ads, just leave it there, as you’ll be disappointed after finding out that removing ads is nothing more than a con.
