This should be free to use as not everyone have money for things as it good taking photos just wish it was free as I think this can grow for everyone to have really nice pictures of the love ones and for there businesses for people that can afford it but I do feel this should be free to use, as I feel lots of people will use it more if it is free so happy you have done something that can help to make more pictures come alive and have more beautiful memories you can treasure forever in your heart to thank you I would of give this 5 stars ⭐️ if it was free so I give it 4 stars ⭐️plus can you do it easy read to as I am dyslexia this would help other people like me to know how to do this and use this for people that can’t read but even pictures on it or have videos how to use this first or put something to easy, read and understand how to use this, but apart from that, I love using this it good you can make your own beautiful background thank you for creating this thanks take care love us xx❤️🙏🏼xx

Whilst the app itself is a really useful tool, once again the developers have turned to greed which I suspect, in the long run, will cost them. A classic example of “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. In their attempt to make the app all things to all people, they keep adding tools, formats etc that the majority of subscribers will probably never need or use. To pay for the added technology involved and support they have raised their costs astronomically. I subscribed to pro, particularly batch editing for Etsy listings, basically to remove background. Pro is by no means cheap but worth it for that tool alone. Their recent addition of batch editing limits, just 500 per month is unreasonable. I paid to go pro to utilise the unlimited batch editing and now, 3 years in they move the goalposts. To say I feel ripped off is an understatement. There should be laws against this kind of extortion. It’s breach of contract if you sign up to one thing then it becomes another so they can make more money. I’m really considering options but there’s not much out there, a situation they seem to be aware of and have taken advantage of. I believe these increases should apply to new users, fully aware up front, not a blanket policy which is a middle finger up to loyal pro users. Shame on them!

The apps works well. The virtual model and product beautification are really good. Just what we are looking for But the problem is the limitations on creations. You can only use it a few times before you have to wait days to use it again. I understand this in the basic option but I pay for the pro and basically can’t use the app now. So what am I paying for?? It’s not enough. It’s take time to get the right image, Woking out all the kinks the get it right and you can’t do that with generation limitations in place. Would happily pay for the MAX if the generations were unlimited!! This would be worth the money and knowledge that you can get the right images without limitations. Unlimited subscription please.

I was really hoping this would be a great app. I signed up for the MAX subscription as it noted one of the benefits was better customer service… haha what a joke that was. I reached out when the 360 video feature wasn’t creating 360 videos 🫠 this was the main reason we needed the app. I reached out to be told the feature had some problems and they were being looked in to. No problem these things happen. I did ask if the credits we had used trying to use the feature would be credited back so we could use them when the app was working properly. No reply, reached out again a few days later when the same feature was still having issues, no reply. I tried the feature again a few days after, same issue. It’s now a week on tried the feature again, same issue not creating 360 videos. So wasted half of our monthly credits on the feature that doesn’t work. And still no response. So paying the premium service was pointless as there is no form of customer service
