A shroud of mystery envelops these uncharted medieval lands where ancient monuments, relics and mythical creatures await. Echoes of bygone eras speak of past greatness and in Kingdom Two Crowns, part of the award-winning franchise Kingdom, you embark on an adventure as the Monarch. In this side-scrolling journey atop your steed, you recruit loyal subjects, build your Kingdom and protect your crown from the Greed, monstrous creatures looking to steal your Kingdom's treasures.
BUILD
Lay the foundation of a mighty Kingdom with towering walls, protecting towers while cultivating prosperity through building farms and recruiting villagers. In Kingdom Two Crowns expanding and growing your Kingdom grants access to new units and technologies.
EXPLORE
Venture into the unknown beyond the protection of your borders, through secluded forests and ancient ruins to seek treasures and hidden knowledge to aid your quest. Who knows what legendary artifacts or mythological beings you will find.
DEFEND
As the night falls, shadows come to life and the monstrous Greed assault your kingdom. Rally your troops, muster your courage, and steel yourself, for each night will demand ever-growing feats of tactical mastermind. Deploy archers, knights, siege weapons, and even newfound Monarch abilities and artifacts to hold against the waves of Greed.
CONQUER
As the Monarch, lead assaults against the source of the Greed to secure your islands. Send your groups of soldiers to clash with the enemy. A word of caution: make sure your troops are prepared and sufficient in numbers, as the Greed will not go down without a fight.
UNCHARTED ISLES

Your adventure is only the beginning. Oh Monarch, stay vigilant for dark nights are still to come, protect your crown!
I love it. My only issue is how on earth are you supposed to know what anything does? There’s literally no tutorial and no description on any different mounts and random villagers you can pick up. As far as I can see there’s nothing that indicates what they do besides jumping from my mount right after I pay them or 6 days after I pay them. Help us out devs. No one wants hand holding but throw us a bone
Personally Disappointed

Now yes yes the game is pretty and the sound effects are nice but I find that the actual meat of the game is lacking actually engaging or even interesting gameplay. After purchasing this I spent a couple of hours playing and probably have about 4 hours worth in the game and made it to the second island which I found pointless because you get there and spoiler alert you get a stag which makes you faster but even then it turns out to have asthma so the game is only slightly sped up and it feels just like a restart and I suppose I just don’t understand the point of the game and don’t enjoy the little you do of going to a wall and putting coins and making farms just bored me. This game takes quite a bit of patience and moves extremely slow to begin with so wouldn’t recommend for a thrill seeker. So yes three stars from me obviously no constructive criticism as it’s the foundation I don’t like which Is obviously the point of the game so yeah just a warning of a review really the game to me was quite boring and repetitive sure there’s some fun to be had in the future levels but I’m not gonna wait around to see them, it’s a little bit pricey but obviously had a lot of work put into it nice little animations and use of colour and whatnot with the weather and lighting. I like to get an hour of enjoyment atleast out of every £1 I spend on a game and this just about scraped that not angry I tried it but probably won’t play again.
Love this

It’s funny seeing people complaining about this game without even reaching the 4 island, it’s funny seeing people complain about the mechanics of the game paired with their non-existent common sense (don’t ask your builders to cut down some trees in the evening). This game is much more easier than new lands: villagers will now run away from greed if they get too close, knights are much more useful, PIKEMEN, addition of beautiful new themes, and multiple reign system where if you die, an heir to the previous monarch will succeed the crown and play from the first island. The whole idea of the new gameplay is to expand on replay-ability; this means that you won’t be able to clear and entire campaign in a single reign without any help. However, there are still problems with the game such as: farms spawning wayyy too far away from your base so you have to expand early on - normally you SHOULD expand as much as possible, but in later islands blood moons are more frequent and more deadly, which makes it impossible to expand too far; hermits’ walking speed still hasn’t been fixed, they will take multiple days to get to your town hall, and if it’s your second reign on an island you haven’t cleared it’s a problem because they’ll get picked off by greed which spawn mid-day. Yes you can mount them with you but it takes away valuable time away from you individually transporting them one by one when instead you could have been scouting. Griffon is too OP, you don’t even need to get any other mount just get back to the first island to get it and you get a literal jeep running on dead rats. But most importantly, the knight statue is BROKEN , any new player will activate it thinking it’s useful but it makes your knights suicide themselves. P.s- forge not spawning is just a bug, reload and save the game for it to spawn...
Great concept

And the execution is pretty good. I don’t understand why it has to be so flipping hard? Even on easy it is unnecessarily difficult. I was going great, everything upgraded, good supply of gold. Got trapped the wrong side of the greed ONCE and that’s it, back to the beginning?! WTH?! It’s so jarring, it makes me not want to play it. It would also be good to explain why things are appearing and what they do. You seem to give thorough explanation of a small number of things and leave the rest to just figure out?! It doesn’t make sense. It would also be very helpful to know the number of each archer/builder you have, it shouldn’t be a secret. And why am I giving the king cash? Can I get that back? Or am I just spaffing it up the wall?
