Running a farm is hard and often thankless work—unless that farm happens to be an adorable piece of virtual land overseen by a helpful, chatty scarecrow. Swiping across plots of land to harvest crops, feed livestock and manufacture goods is pleasantly relaxing, and growing your tiny farm into a booming business is a hugely satisfying achievement. Silly characters, cute critters and a variety of things to plant, reap, build and sell make Hay Day easy to pick up and tough to put down.

This game is enthralling to say the least. i’ve spent years of my life monotonously searching and scouring the furthest edges of the internet, come across every farming simulator ever present, and hayday takes the cake. Every other farming simulator is simply a knockoff, an attempt at what could be. Hayday presents a game that has perfectly balanced gameplay, events and deadlines to keep you checking up, but no immediate repercussions in failure to do so. i wake up and check hayday. i do my exams and check hayday. i eat my dinner and check hayday. i sit in class and check hayday. never an opportunity to check hayday am i going to pass up. almost feverishly am i checking up on hayday, has the boat come back? are my chickens ready? how close am i to the next level? i’m captivated at such simple gameplay that has proven time and time again to be undeniably thrilling. i’m near incapacitated if i don’t get to check hayday in the morning. millennials need coffee and i need hayday. this game has transcended the confines of space and time, it is what Odysseus could have been - ageless and immortal. the greek gods have recognised the truest divine being. i could never string words well enough to perfectly encapsulate the emotions i have towards this game.

I’m one of the biggest hayday advocates out there. I’ve played since I was about 18 and I still can’t get enough nearly 10 years later. The gameplay itself is obviously brilliant and you can see the attention to detail from the team who work on it. They’re constantly releasing new and improved areas / activities and ways to interact with the game, hence why I’ve never grown tired of it. The highlight in my opinion is that you can play the game without ever spending any money or watching ads. Those things can definitely increase the speed at which you progress, but if you’re happy to take your time, then it’s an amazing game to have completely free. I’ve become such a fan of their approach that nowadays, since I’m no longer a student and earn a wage, I’ll occasionally buy the farm pass or extra diamonds. I feel happy to part ways with my cash when it’s going to something I enjoy so much and feel has treated me well over the years as a ‘customer’. Thank you hay day for being a place of comfort for me over the years, providing brilliant gameplay and detail and being one of the top mobile games I’ve played.

The game is great, I wonder why the Donkeys and Dogs and horses, were made to look so horrible ,they should be more happy looking, I’m not sure why someone would make them look like that, also the land deeds are very ,very difficult to get, so expansion takes to long, could you not make it say for every 1,000 coins you have the choice of converting, them into a land deed, or may be converting vouchers, into land deeds, it’s very haphazard you can accumulate lots of hammers and pegs but get only a few land deeds it should be even, why not do water rights instead of land deeds for expanding the pond, I find myself trying to decide if I should expand my pool are land ,I understand this is a business, but it’s world wide just how much money do you want to take from people,I have in the past spend money but small amounts but some people spend thousands .Moe items in the store, redoing ones that may of been missed by players I do t have the horse jumping fences I would love those, redoing old things would be good and can the visitors actually walk around the farm stopping randomly at places to buy the things rather then stand at the house The other thing I wonder is why I don’t get FOXES I used to have them but now NONE, I had one that stayed in one area, but when I moved things he disappeared, I noticed in some they have loads, some have hundreds, I don’t
Spring is blooming on the farm! This update brings smoother progress and new ways to earn rewards.
Boat and Truck Orders improvements
- Some players may notice new ways to earn extra rewards from Boat and Truck Orders.
- For some players, Boats may return faster, ask for simpler goods, and reward expansion materials early on, with difficulty increasing as more boats are completed throughout the day.
- Truck Track Rewards are also being tested with some players, bringing extra rewards for delivering truck orders.
Early game improvements and Quality of Life
- The start of the farming journey is now smoother, with better early level-up rewards, more truck orders, and more fields available earlier.
- Progression toward unlocking Sanctuary animals has also been improved.
- Crops can now be purchased with coins.
- Axes and saws can now also be purchased with coins.
We’ve also made improvements across Events, Tutorials, Derby, Town, rewards, UI, and Golden Key Chests based on your feedback.
